Meet to discuss and finalise the Ceremony

At this meeting we will discuss all the aspects of your ceremony and everything you would like into the wedding ceremony. We will discuss your vows and any other aspect of the ceremony. We will discuss other timings and meetings at the interview

Conduct a Rehearsal or sign final paperwork

The rehearsal is usually best conducted the day prior to the ceremony. I like to try and have the entire wedding party at a rehearsal. The purpose of the rehearsal is to walk through everything and ensure that everyone knows what and when they will need to do their part. We will also sign the remaining paperwork in preparation for the ceremony.

We will discuss other timings and meetings at the interview

Your Wedding Ceremony

It is essential the Groom (and attendants) arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointed ceremony time with the Bride (and attendants) arriving 5 minutes prior to the starting time of the ceremony. This provides sufficient time to exit cars and have some photos taken prior to the ceremony and then to enter about 5-10 minutes after the posted start time.

The ceremony is conducted. And…

wedding

I served as a member of the Royal Australian Navy for many years and now run my own business and function in a part time capacity as a Chaplain. This background gives me a unique understanding of ceremony and the importance it plays in the celebration of life’s major milestones.

I particularly enjoy working with young couples in the community as they prepare for or continue in their marriage.

As a husband for over 30 years, I know that marriage needs to be established on a solid foundation that is enhanced by a memorable ceremony celebrated with family and friends. A ceremony that includes all the aspects of your dream wedding by including your own words, your choice of music, meaningful readings or poetry and symbols or traditions. And yet, still meets the legal requirements of Australian Law.

Your greatest desire is to have a wonderful ceremony, tailored with passion and sensitivity. Reflecting you as a couple.

I offer a professional and consultative approach to helping you plan your ceremony. As a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants I have the backing of a National Organisation in providing for your needs.
