David is an International Coach, Speaker and Trainer with a focus and passion for Leadership and Management, organisation change and business strategy, planning & development.
He draws on over 20 years coaching experience, 20 years experience in management and leadership as a member of the Australian Defence Force and a further 20 years in executive, operational and support functions as a senior executive manager within both the public, private and not for profit sectors.
David is an exceptionally experienced executive coach and a certified member of the John Maxwell Coaching organisation. He has extensive coaching, training and facilitation experience across the Public, Private and Not-for-profit Sectors.

SoundingBoard© is a service developed by David Campbell. It is a unique mastermind group limited to 8 business owners and a business coach. It provides you with a support network of like- minded business owners at the same stage as you, but across a range of industries. This group intentionally meets together in a confidential environment to help each other work through the challenges you face in a growing business. This is all facilitated and supported by an internationally certified business coach.
The commitment is a 4 hour meeting Once a month (including catering) in a professional environment supported by technology platforms.
Each group member is given a half hour to share a particular problem or issue, clarify that through a range of questions and seek the collective knowledge from the group about an appropriate solution and course of action. In addition, you are then supported outside of the session by a one on one business coaching session focused on your particular sticking points.
